Mine is a familiar Baby Boomer story. Mother was moved to a nursing home. Her home of many years needed to be cleaned out, prepped, and staged for sale. It became my task to find an experienced realtor with proven local sales performance. The twist for me is that I live over 3,500 miles on the other side of the country. Let me start by saying straight out that she was a fabulous realtor. I usually do not write these reviews, but felt it was important given the excellent quality of service she provided. She was always prompt and kept all appointments. Market knowledge and where and when to do her marketing was on point. Without her contact and skills I am confident that we would not have sold our home. She had a full team that worked with her and was always able to show the home and meet inspectors when they needed to be let in to the house. They never allowed a buyer in to the home without them being there to sell the home. This made me more comfortable knowing they were there, since I was not in the home when the house was on the market. She was able to negotiate our deal from start to finish and was able to smooth over any bumps or concerns that the buyers had along the way. Her expertise with the Asian community was tremendous and was able to deal with all their concerns. She helped guide us in some remodeling we did in order to make the home more desirable to the clients she was marketing to. She was able to bring numerous buyers to the home in a short time and was able to sell our house in a time when the market was very difficult. I truly believe that having her sell the house was the only way it got sold. I would definitely recommend her to anyone putting them home on the market and would use her again in a moment.

When we finally entered escrow, they continued to seek out our best interest and educate us, bringing expert negotiation skills and advising us over challenges from the sellers to be sure the title was clear.
Peggy and her team really came through for us during this two-year process. In the end, we found a home that exceeded our expectations in pricing, space, location and community.
